Therefore, we are thrilled that the concept of Sharing is Caring is spreading across borders.<\/p>\n<p>Good colleagues in the German cultural sector organised a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.formidlingsnet.dk\/sharecare\/hamburg-2017\/\">Hamburg extension of Sharing is Caring<\/a> in 2017. Later that year, Belgian Wikimedians ran a<a href=\"http:\/\/sharecare.nu\/brussels-x-2017\/\"> Sharing is Caring in Brussels<\/a>. In September 2019, Sharing is Caring X was hosted by the newly reopened <a href=\"http:\/\/sharecare.nu\/stockholm-x-2019\/\">Nationalmuseum and Livrustkammern in Stockholm<\/a>. And in November the same year, it was held at the magnificent <a href=\"http:\/\/sharecare.nu\/amsterdam-x-2019\/\">Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You too can have a share in the Sharing is Caring name and organize your own local extension, to address the topics that are close to your heart and community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested in staging your own Sharing is Caring event? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smk.dk\/en\/contact_person\/merete-sanderhoff\/\">Get in touch!<\/a><\/strong> The relation between the Sharing is Caring conference and extensions is inspired by the one between <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=d0NHOpeczUU\">the TED conferences and local TEDx extensions<\/a>. That is why the extensions use the hashtag #sharecarex<\/p>\n<p>The conference in Denmark remains the big core event which has taken place since 2011.
