The People’s History Museum in Manchester has dedicated one of its gal­leries to community exhibitions. Local groups can send in applications for making their own exhibition in the museum space. In her presentation, Kate Chatfield will describe the types of exhibition shown and the local groups involved, and will tell how this community engagement fits into the museum’s overall vision.
